Cavorting at Cook Street Playground

On Dec. 5, Victoria opened a new outdoor fitness circuit, as well as new playground equipment, along Cook Street near Dallas Road. The Cook Street Playground and Outdoor Fitness Circuit at Beacon Hill Park was launched by Mayor Dean Fortin and a throng of children and adults excited to try out everything from a 25-metre cable ride to a stationary recumbent bike.
