Ruffled Feathers reflect on Rifflandia

The Ruffled Feathers give their perspective on what it’s like to be a band at Rifflandia, Victoria’s annual music and art festival.The band played on Saturday, Sept. 15 at the Wood Hall. They were just one facet of a fun-filled weekend loaded with great venues and music.
