Join Dodgers in a celebration of dystopian disco experimental rock. Yeah, you read it right. Blessed is a math rock, post-punk unit that calls themselves loud pop. Psychosomatic Itch is a local favorite act of rock ambience and obscurity. Sure has a pop punk sound. It’ll be loud, intense, and glorious.

Victoria Film Festival
The Victoria Film Festival is the “nucleus of the cinematic arts on Vancouver Island,” and showcases independent and creative films both local and international. Over 100 films will be screened in 10 days, and are accompanied by a wide array of events. For a taste of the general variety at the festival, think of the Vic Theatre downtown run by VFF: you’ll see horror, drama, and comedy, all coming from a talented and occasionally avant-garde scene.
