The Function festival, a new BIPOC music festival that featured both emerging Canadian talent and international artists, hit Victoria for the first time in August. Along with the musical performances, the Function also featured a diverse mix of vendors, food trucks, live art, a barbershop, and more.
The Function was held at Ship Point in Victoria’s Inner Harbour and included headliner Kaash Paige, Boslen, 11:11, Prado Monroe, Turunesh, Micky Weekes, and Notorious Cree.
